The District at Tempe Marketplace

See great live music at The District at Tempe Marketplace.

I love Tempe Marketplace. It is definitely where things happen! In addition to all the shops and restaurants, you can always count on great live music at District Stage and Barnes & Noble Fountain on the weekends. This week’s schedule has me really amped because they’ve got some cool extras. And, as with most entertainment events at Tempe Marketplace, they’re free.

Pullman Standard out of the SoCal music scene will perform on the District Stage at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 29. This up and coming group has a great sound which you can sample on their website.

You’ll be mesmerized by Eric Giliam’s spectacular illusions.  The award-winning magician  will mesmerize you with his spectacular illusions on the District stage at 7 and 8 p.m. on January 30.

On Friday and Saturday, you can rock out to Think Horses and LANE CHANGE on the District Stage. For music on the mellow side, you’ll find Dani Zubia and Just Jade at the Barnes & Noble Fountain.

The weather is perfect for hanging out at Tempe Marketplace, relaxing around the fireplaces and fountains while enjoying all of the wonderful free entertainment. For more information, visit Tempe http://tempemarketplace.com/. See you there!

There’s so much going on in Tempe this week. Check out this huge list. View a complete listing of Tempe events, or call 480-894-8158.
