If you’re looking for live music this week, January 28 – February 3, Tempe, Arizona offers an abundance of choices! For live music in a restaurant setting, head to Rula Bula Irish Pub, Mad Hatter Brew Pub and Robbie Fox’s Public House. For a music experience under the stars, one of my favorite spots is at Tempe Marketplace. Mellow music can be found Friday and Saturday nights in front of the Barnes & Noble Fountain. For something more amplified, literally, head to the Tempe Marketplace District Stage Friday and Saturday nights. Music on Mill on Thursday nights in downtown Tempe is a great way to experience a variety of local musicians, and Walk-in Wednesdays Open Mic Night at the Tempe Center for the Arts makes for a wonderful evening outing. The Desert Botanical Garden provides one of the loveliest venues for live music on Sunday afternoons through February 24.
